We stayed at beautiful apartment with clean bathroom. There was a bathtub. We enjoyed a fantastic sea view from the balcony.

We stayed at Venezia Canal View for a few nights during our trip to Venice. The location in the Northwest of the city was perfect, giving us a more authentic Italian experience. The rooms were beautifully designed and clean, with a stunning view of the canal. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The property was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night's sleep. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Magnificent location, minute walk from a train station and minute walk from San Giobbe Church. Saw few city center attractions a 10-15 minute walk from the place.

Everything was perfect here, liked it. It was located in a fairly quiet area very near two vaporetto stops. Had perfect stay, thanks for everything, I will come back.

The place was beautiful and very good, providing great service and really helpful staff. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was absolutely perfect, just a minute walk from a train station. There was also a good restaurant just a minute walk from the apartment. The apartment also had convenient amenities such as shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet.

We absolutely loved our stay at the charming hotel by the canal. Jennifer, the owner, was informative and suggested a fantastic restaurant that ended up being the best meal of our entire stay in Italy. the location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the peacefulness of the canal while still being within walking distance of all the main attractions. We were even able to store our bags at the hotel after checkout, which was incredibly convenient.

We felt incredibly well taken care of during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The view from our room at Venezia Canal View was absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the picturesque scenery every morning. The balcony added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The staff, especially Jennifer, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They even shipped back a piece of clothing that I had left behind. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The spacious rooms allowed us to spread out and unpack our luggage easily. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning view, friendly staff, and convenient location.

Although the canal view was amazing, it did come with some noise from passing motorboats, particularly early in the morning. Additionally, the shower at the hotel was quite slippery, so be cautious when exiting.

It is conveniently situated close to main attractions and provides easy access to transportation with two vaporetto stops nearby. Guests have praised the clean and lovely rooms, as well as the welcoming common areas. Some of the facilities include a microwave, a book reading space, and a vending machine for snacks. the staff, especially Jennifer, have been commended for their kindness and willingness to help.

One minor downside mentioned by a guest was the lack of a fridge and an additional power socket in the room, which would have made the stay even more convenient.
